With over 20 years of experience working with global corporations in the manufacturing, services, construction, and financial industries, family owned businesses, and non-profits, I am versed in dealing with a variety of environments and circumstances. I make use of innovative human resources practices and streamlined processes to create an environment where individuals are able to contribute to their full potential, creating the ideal setting for groups of people to function optimally together towards a higher purpose.

I support a positive shift in how people relate to each other towards achieving their shared purpose by working with the fundamentals of conscious relationships in a group setting. Drawing from my business, psychology, and transpersonal knowledge, I reach out in ways that help clients expand awareness, see and create new possibilities, while building more meaningful relationships, organizational success and well-being.

I am dedicated to supporting adult individuals on a journey of self-awareness, self-realization, and self-empowerment. This transformative experience can occur on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting:

This is a voluntary process I developed based on mediation work. I noticed clients needed a space in which to make decisions together based on their understanding of their own views, each other’s needs and perspectives, and the reality they face, without the presence of an authority figure dictating the outcome.

I support couples, family members, and business partners, through the understanding and creation of Sacred Agreements that expresses what is most important and of value to each person involved. At the end of the process, clients feel empowered by and accountable for the decisions they made.

Some examples of the different types of Sacred Agreements are:

  • Pre-Marital or Marital Sacred Agreement: This agreement could mean understanding in depth the vows that will be/were exchanged during the marriage ceremony; or, it could mean having a full understanding of where both people stand regarding expectations, roles, and responsibilities that might have shifted during their time together.
  • Dissolution Sacred Agreement / Honorable Closure: This agreement is about understanding and experiencing honorable closure so partners are able to move forward with their lives without carrying “the burden of unresolved issues” into the future. Honorable Closure supports the healing process after a separation.
  • Renewal Sacred Agreement: This agreement serves as a reset button. Many times when partnerships (business, family, marriages, etc.) are going through tough times, this is a powerful process in helping bring new light and a sense of renewal into the distressed relationship.
